This is the second time we have sold with Greg and Bev - pleased with all aspects. Once again we sold within about 10 days of listing at a price we were happy. This time round we had a longer sale due to our buyers house, however Bev kept in contact and kept us updated throughout, mostly always before our solicitors updated us and any questions were never too much. I would recommended both Greg and Bev to anyone.

We moved to Greg Sloane Residential after having little success with previous agents and immediately noticed the difference. Greg provided personal, individual service and we were no longer just another customer. Communication was excellent and he gave honest advice, telling us what we needed to hear and doing everything he could to secure the sale. We switched to Greg and Bev after having no luck with other local estate agents, and were really glad we did. They were fantastic from start to finish. They genuinely listened to what we thought was great about our home and marketed it appropriately - far better than the standard, generic churned out approach we’d had elsewhere. We viewed a lovely property that was for sale with Greg Sloane just outside of Shrewsbury. He knew a lot about the property and the tour was very insightful.
Even though we didn’t end up buying that particular property - we wanted to leave a review because Greg was unlike other agents we had experience with personable and professional a great character to deal with.
Greg has since gone on to sell the that particular property and that’s no surprise!

Bev was our estate agent and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell. Greg did a wonderful job on the sale of our property in Upton Magna. Right from the valuation visit, it was clear that he had a real appreciation for the unique location of the house and the unusual characteristics it had to offer.
